2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You may use the service only if you can legally form a binding agreement under applicable law.

When using the service, you agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes;
• upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the security or operation of the service;
• copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the service beyond what is allowed by law;
• submit content that you do not have the right to use.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the text, files, and other content you submit to the service (“User Content”).

You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and use User Content only as needed to operate the service, including generating resumes, enabling revisions, processing files, and providing support.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of others.

4. AI-Assisted Features

The service may include AI-assisted writing or suggestion features. These outputs are provided for convenience only.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated output before using it. We do not guarantee that AI-generated text is accurate, original, legally compliant, or suitable for any specific job application.

5. Paid Plans, Billing, and Downloads

Certain features may require payment, including resume generation, premium templates, or revision-related functionality. Prices and included features may change over time.

Payments are handled by third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems.

Unless stated otherwise, purchases are one-time purchases rather than subscriptions. Refunds, if any, are handled in accordance with applicable law and our support review process.

6. Intellectual Property

The service, including its software, branding, layout, templates, design elements, and non-user content, is owned by or licensed to and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as allowed by law, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the service other than your own User Content and files generated for your permitted use.

7. No Professional or Employment Guarantee

The service is a software tool for preparing resume materials. It does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment outcomes, or the accuracy of hiring decisions made by employers or third parties.

Any educational content, template suggestions, or AI-assisted text is provided for general informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, or career-placement advice.

8. Availability and Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that files, AI suggestions, or outputs will always meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific paid feature giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created security risk, or used the service in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the service, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
